Tottenham ‘Ready to Pay’ for Deadline Transfer – Director Opens Exit Door
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly prepared to offer €30 million for AS Monaco’s Vanderson, according to recent claims from Brazil and France.
Interest from Tottenham
On Thursday, L’Equipe reaffirmed Tottenham’s interest in the right-back. The report suggests that Monaco president Dmitry Rybolovlev may be tempted by the offer.
Local newspaper Monaco-Matin also highlights Tottenham’s interest in the 23-year-old. Earlier this week, Monaco strengthened their squad by signing Jordan Teze from PSV Eindhoven. His arrival could make room for Vanderson’s potential move to Spurs this summer.
Vanderson’s Current Situation
Vanderson made 23 appearances for Monaco last season but faced restricted playing time due to two separate injuries. He recently signed a new contract with Monaco, extending until 2028.
Despite this, Monaco’s director, Thiago Scuro, has left the door open for Vanderson’s departure this transfer window. “The market is open. Whatever happens, we will consider it. With the signing of Teze, we have secured the position,” Scuro said, as reported by Monaco-Matin.

Scuro’s comments may encourage Ange Postecoglou’s side in their pursuit of the Brazilian international.
