Meanwhile, Man United adjusted their ticket prices in line with inflation, with a 3.6% increase, making their cheapest season ticket £579.

The Old Trafford faithful will likely overlook the cost when Guardiola’s squad arrives at the Theatre of Dreams on April 5, 2025, hoping to be United’s 12th player against the reigning champions.

Manager Erik ten Hag won his first league Manchester derby at Old Trafford in January 2023, but that remains his only top-flight victory in four matches against Man City.

United lost the other three encounters, conceding at least three goals each time, including a 3-1 defeat in the corresponding fixture in October 2023. The upcoming Manchester derby promises to be a thrilling encounter as both teams strive for supremacy.
